Bio
Former paramedic, emergency, and critical care nurse with 30 years of experience in healthcare. I am a certified nurse executive dedicated to serving the teams I lead. In my current role, I provide operational and strategic leadership for multiple nursing units, inpatient dialysis, the bariatric surgery program, and radiology nursing.
My core competencies include improving patient engagement, stabilizing nurse turnover, leveraging technology and informatics, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I have extensive experience with DNV accreditation and action planning, as well as expertise in fall prevention and restraint usage.
