my husband and I live for adventure and the outdoors and don't let the fact that we have 6 children stop that, thankfully they love the outdoors too. we enjoy everything from rock climbing outdoors, scrambling, mountaineering and more recently, long distance hiking. we make sure we regularly get out into the hills and national parks, usually around once a month with a big expedition at least once a year. please subscribe to my blog for walk reports and general advice on hiking alone and with kids, coming soon will be video and text product reviews on all of the gear we use from harnesses, cooking systems, backpacks, clothing, boots and even walking poles, stay safe out there, and remember, your next adventure is only ever a car ride away. thanks for reading!
