Bio
Hello, my name is Yana.
I am a LMSW with a passion for helping people. I've dealt with anxiety from a very early age, hit rock bottom a few times and this is my journey up.
Although i began my journey only last year, I have already met so many of my goals and can't wait for what's in store for the future. I have already founded a community for women with over 5k members which strives to create a safe place to discuss anything and everything with the mission to raise awareness and stop the stigma of mental illness. I've thrown events focusing on empowering women and encouraging to communicate their concerns in return for support. And I began expressing myself through this blog hoping that even one person reading this will get the courage to take control of their life.
