I advise CEOs, boards and senior leaders how to apply emotional intelligence and business processes to self-management using my proprietary model The Fenton Model®
I developed the model to help manage their careers as micro-businesses and their jobs as joint ventures and launched a service to deliver it.
The main benefit of the model to organisations and individuals is a potential step change in behaviour and performance uding my Small Change programme.
The model can be cascaded to teams via their leader.
Past clients include HSBC Plc, Capita Plc and WPP Plc, as well as many individuals.
For organisations, I deliver 100 Day Programmes supporting an individual starting a new role or supporting them in the period to the next critical review milestone or, to help them manage a "good exit" and their decision on what to do next.
For individuals I deliver 100 Day Programmes focused on their career decisions, reputation audit, finding a new role or launching a portfolio career or consultancy.
I also help individuals in transition not just by helping them to decide what to do next and to help them find a new role but to follow through in supporting them and their organisations in the First 100 Days of their new role or business and beyond - i.e. to be a whole of career resource.
