Bio
I have a Master's degree in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy and I am Board Certified as a Polarity Practitioner. I am a mother of two and have lived in California and Michigan. I am a seeker, a lover of learning and curious about life and people. I want to assist others in finding balance in their lives via the energetic practices of Polarity Therapy which encompasses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of each individual. We are all made of energy and discovering how to enhance our life experience is assisted by addressing the energy blocks in our body.
