Bio
deBotech, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Hans deBot. Hans has over 20 years of designing, engineering and manufacturing experience within the composite field ranging from building America’s Cup Sailing Spars to manufacturing the Bobsleds for the US Olympic Team. Hans has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University. deBot worked in Europe as a young engineer designing and manufacturing equipment for use in calendar lines for the production of PVC films. Upon return to the United states deBot headed up the engineering department for a Carbon Fiber sailboat mast manufacturing company located in Charlotte North Carolina, where he developed the process to build a true continuous fiber one piece hollow sailboat spar over 100ft long. Hans remained with the company for six plus years overseeing all of the engineering and production processing while competing at the professional level on various sailboats within the racing community. Do to multiple requests from companies within the Motorsports industry deBot was motivated to venture out to start deBotech Inc. deBotech has built a reputation for providing quality carbon fiber and advanced composite parts to many diverse industries including, Motorsports, Aviation, Aerospace, Marine and Military. Our state-of-the-art production facility and advanced manufacturing techniques ensure that each part we produce is held to aerospace tolerances. deBotech, Inc. is committed to the quality of our products and therefore employ a Total Systems Approach encompassing design through production of our parts. We believe in a team atmosphere at deBotech and therefore have trained 100% of our employees to aerospace standards in order to continue our pursuit of excellence. We maintain an effective Quality Management System in the form of AS9100 and ISO:9001 and are currently certified to AS9100:2004 and ISO:9001:2008 standards. Our quality is second to none with high attention to detail and through our product quality, reliability and service we ensure our customer’s receive the best experience possible.
