Bio
I'm a Clinical Psychologist whose has many passions that have one thing in common - they all center around little thought about data on what is health-promoting. I'm dedicated to helping you keep our of hospitals and away from medical bills and possibly medical bankruptcy by helping you crack your body's health code beyond just the eat healthy and exercise paradigms. I'm passionate about natural building because of it's affordability, the fun of building -both a home and community, AND the healing powers of dancing earth, straw and water together and then sculpting something magically creative and unique. I'm passionate about the field of weight and health because we get so many erroneous messages about this topic and I've read enough research and interviewed enough experts to want to dispel a few myths so you can live an awesome life free from all the weight BS.
