Bio
Proud mum of two young ones who were longed for and dreamt of for many years... a roller-coaster of emotions that ultimately led us to the miracles of modern day science: IVF/ICSI, for which we are eternally grateful.
Like many other women though, I was terrified about the prospect of birth and I quote: "how does something that big fit out of there???!!!" Yes, I knew it was 'natural' and had been taking place for however many hundreds of thousands of years, yet I still could not comprehend it.
When the time came, I was gifted with two incredible births: completely calm, natural & pain-free with no tearing, no complications nor interventions. Yes you read that right: PAIN FREE!
I believe that my amazing birthing experiences resulted largely from being both intentional and informed... two things that every expectant woman can be. The gift I was given and the information I gained is too great for me not to share. I am completely passionate and committed to seeing women everywhere experience births that leave them, and every witness thereof, completely astounded. It is my hope to help break the stigma of pain, suffering & trauma associated with birth.
