Bio
Being half Italian, food is obviously a big part of my life – I love to cook, and love to eat even more.
There is nothing better than researching a tasty new recipe for dinner, cooking for hours and then sitting down to revel in your successes when you have created the most tastiest treat!
I really enjoy finding new recipes to try out, but I’m an experimental chef, which means I can never actually follow a recipe to the letter (not the best strategy when baking).
I always try to stick healthy in the week, not to the extreme but not a recipe drowning in cheese or butter… I save that for the weekend! Once a week, however, I have a bake club with my friend Ju where I can indulge midweek.
I love to travel; with my favorite part of going somewhere new is eating the local food. Spending a period of time in Asia, we have adopted a lot of Asian influence into or cooking at home, but I also love to cook all different types of cuisines.
