Fifteen years in the same industry working in an office environment did not prepare me for the work life of a Territory Manager, AKA Outside Sales Rep. But, although the differences between the two positions where monumental, I can't help but be thankful that I started with the office environment as I could at least understand how the internal team thought of us....
