Bio
Catrina Houston is a mother of two girls, a dental hygienist, published author and host of The Smile Effect podcast. Catrina understands that everyone has a story but finds most people are paralyzed by their experiences. Starting from early childhood, Catrina has faced abandonment, abuse, and addiction. She always knew there was a higher purpose for her life and today she helps others find the hidden jewels within their struggles, so that they may live a full and abundant life. Catrina shares her personal struggles as well as the steps she has taken to help her find her smile, even when she feels like her face is being pushed in the mud.
