Hi there!
So after a mixed year of happy times and sad I decided i needed to give myself the kick up the backside and have a health revival physically and mentally.
So enter a random google search which led me to the www.grandunionchallenge.com/ a 100km walk from London to Milton Keynes in 24hours!!!!!! It was just the thing i needed to get me into action!
In order to train for this mean feat i need to up my exercise, chill the hell out so am trying yoga and put less rubbish food in my body! Simples ay!
