Bio
SheGo Founder, motivational speaker and writer, Charles Eurydice Gray shares inspiring and informative stories based on her real life adventures in becoming a pretty fit girl.
Some years ago, I was genuinely miserable. I had given up control of my life. The wheel was spinning, but no one was in the driver's seat.
Realizing a crash was imminent, I thought back, trying to remember times when I was truly happy. Each happy time seemed to have one thing in common, I was healthy. I wondered if my outlook would improve if my fitness level did.
I tested the theory by starting to reach for better food and hitting the gym. Each small change built upon another and slowly my timid soul was replaced with a relatively fearless one. It hasn't been and never will be easy. I am still a work in progress. But the pursuit of happy-fitness is the best decision I have made to regain control and to bring the smile back to my face.
Throughout this adventure, I have shared my journey. I have given motivational talks and written fitness columns. I was surprised by the number of men and women who would approach me to say that my words had inspired them to make their own lives healthier.
Sharing my journey, I was rewarded with the trust and stories of others. In their successes and our kinship, I found my peace and my passion in taking care of myself and supporting others in doing the same.
Following this passion, I created SheGo to support the fitness journeys of others with words, products, and an interactive community. Through my weekly fitness articles and supplemental blog entries, I will continue to share my adventures and wild dreams.
Every second is a starting line,
Chuck
