Bio
I was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia. Uncertain at moment what the stage/grade is. GP did MRI per recommendation of Geriatric Team Clinic (showed part of brain white matter). Live in Ontario Canada, the team has backlog of people waiting to get into the clinic and I am one of them. It has been a challenging time for me the past year. When I communicate with people in real-time, oftentimes words do not come out right... cannot always go places alone ... familiarity of places and how to get around is not the same. How can things change in just over a year or so? I have multiple heart - vascular conditions. Sixty three years old now finding my way again... soon to start a wordpress blog of my journey - learn from others stories.
