Bio
I had the oportunity to taste, work and cook in diferent places around the World since I was a kid. One of my first jobs was at the age of 7 when I used to workn in a Burger Shack in Mexico City, we grilled the burgers on wood fire, I still remember the flavor and preparation how amazing htey were.
Woking hard and traveling around the world , gave me the tools to climb high in this competitive and full of great culinary talents world.
He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar y cocinar en lugares desde muy temprana edad. Uno de mis primeros trabajos fue a la edad de 7 años en un local de hamburguesas al carbón (Aun recuerdo su sabor y preparación!). Trabajar al lado de Grandes Chefs, Viajar alrededor del mundo probar tantos paltillos nuevos han dado las armas para sobrevivir y destacar en este mundo tan competitivo y lleno de talentos culinarios.
