“I remembered as a young child watching over my mother and sisters in our Hoboken kitchen nearly every night, that’s when I realized over time I had the urge to express my own thoughts about food by changing our family recipes and recreating them by infusing them with a more modern Latin and Asian twist! Yes, my love of food began to develop. Throughout my life, my passion and love for food were too strong to relegate to a hobby”.
For many years, I have expressed my passion for food through my clients, family, and friends. I strongly believe the heart of the home is in the kitchen where everyone always seems to gather and enjoy life, sharing memories, and creating new ones! I have worked in many areas in the food industry for more than thirty years. Writing and sharing my family recipes along with my signature dishes has always been my passion. Join me on a special journey to follow my struggles, fears, the joy, and life chaotic moments than, now and current; my life, what drives me and relatable leadership. The mission and the special gift of life. The idea of looking at food differently in a playful way and provoking the opportunity to express food creativity with everyone in their kitchen to keep the fire burning.
