Bio
I am a certified holistic health coach. I grew up as a chubby kid and vowed to make my health my primary goal as an adult. In so doing I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. As part of my practice I incorporate therapeutic grade botanicals to help treat common ailments.
My dream in life is to help the average person make the connection between food and health so they can live a life filled with joy, abundance and wellness. I coach individuals privately, run groups, lead seminars, and offer on-line programs.
