Bio
As an elementary school teacher who taught for over 35 years, and thoroughly enjoyed working with children, I left the classroom after my husband, Roland's, second stroke. he needed me more than my students did. In trying to support and encourage him to a better health journey, I discovered how much I enjoyed and needed to be in the outdoors among nature rather than being confined in a four wall classroom all day. Now that I have retired from the classroom, I still have much to contribute to the adult community in health and wellness, while helping others live a life of freedom.
