Bio
Louella L. Lofranco has a PhD in Communication and Public Discourse from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. She used to teach taught communication, journalism and other media subjects in the Philippines and in the United States. She is a free-lance writer, composer of original Christian gospel music, and devotes time on a prayer and praise ministry, Kingdom Watch, in Bacolod City, Philippines.
