Bio
My career path has been long and winding. Wanting to be a choral music professor since my teens, I went through the necessary training for that, earning Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees in music, and taught for several years. But then, muted by a severe 1993 automobile accident, I had to change my plans, and worked for over a decade for an automotive service company, doing paperwork and driving errands. I also trained for and worked as a medical transcriptionist for a time, but since automation has made that a dying career path, I am now changing yet again. Learning WordPress in order to be of use to a friend's company, this is my practice blog.
