Bio
I'm 49 yrs old today July 12th. I desperately want to join the online community with a success story. I believe if people directed their energy into self care the world would be a better place. I believe many help others but not themselves. What happens is the well dries up. People start feeling drained, stressed, tired, taken advantage of, etc. Some may become bitter and stop caring or helping all together. I feel the healthier we are individually is better for everyone in the world. Some people give out of the kindness of their hearts, some give with expectance,(of whatever) some just don't give at all and some just take and give nothing. I want to change that.
