Bio
Niamh is an Ayurvedic Practitioner registered with The Indian Scientific Institute of Ayurveda, and a HoopLovers Certified Hoop Dance Coach. She is now based in Ireland where is currently working on managing chronic illnesses through gentle hoop dance, yin yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic massage, nutrition and moon cycles to compliment her conventional western medications.
Niamh has a deep fondness of present moment practices as a doorway to managing M.E., Fibromyalgia, RLS and chronic migraines. On good days she comes alive in her hoops gently dancing, she loves baking Ayurvedic goodies if fatigue isn't knocking her on her ass. She adores seeing peoples faces light up when they realise the possibilities of their bodies and start dancing to their own beat.
