Bio
I have been studying biology all of my life. I started studying the birds and trees. Going into a woods confirmed my thoughts that no God created this planet or life on it, and when I went to religious instruction from George W. Miller Elementary School to St. Anthony Catholic School I told a Nun, " I don't believe in a God " the first day of class.
It wasn't until high school when I read "The Origin of the Species by Means of Natural Selection" by Charles Robert Darwin that I thought that was the way that life came about on this planet. I only thought that the rate of evolution didn't have to be as slow as Darwin insisted. It was many years later that was confirmed by some also. Please read writings by Stephen Jay Gould and Niles Eldridge.
I graduated Nanuet Sr. High in 1971. I then went on to study biology at S.U.C. at Oswego, NY 13126 and graduated in 1975. Then I attended University of the Pacific Marine Station (PMS) until 1979 at Dillon Beach, CA 94929. After my formal education I continued to read and study about many groups of organisms until the present and then some. I also studied about many environments so that today I am familiar with the ecology and evolution in marine, estuary, freshwater, and terrestrial habitats.
