I choose to ask forgiveness rather than permission. But quite honestly, I rarely ask for either! I speak life over my family, friends and community. I speak the truth about uncomfortable issues and people and sometimes offend. I'm not politically correct. I live outside the box because my parents never told me there was one. My life is not just black and white... It's really bold shades of teal and chartreuse.... But never gray. Im passionate about everything that matters to me. The good, the bad and the ugly. I love passionately, I work passionately and I fight passionately. I always speak the truth. I have a very foul mouth at times. I'm working on that... I love God, I love America, I love my Virginia Beach community. I hate liars and thieves and manipulators and people who play the victim while stirring a multitude of shit in the pot. I don't hold grudges. I hate drama and I hate to fight, but when backed into a corner or faced with evil, I am willing to confront and blast. My friends are Christians, atheist, Jewish, Muslim, and questionable. I'm surrounded mostly by loving, amazing, talented and caring people. I'm happy. And if I lost it all today, you'd see me tomorrow or maybe the next day..... Strapping my boots, dusting off my tail and heading back out to claim the life that God has planned for me. Im not afraid to fail. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes. My feelings do get hurt when I'm betrayed, but I rarely have to apologize for my words, because I don't speak ugliness in anger. I speak the truth. I'm not controlling. I'm in control... You may not like me. I'm ok and actually thankful for those who don't like me because I probably don't like you either. Just ask my daughters and my friends.... I'm the girl you want on your side. I will defend you when you aren't present and I will fight with and for you when necessary. I will lift you up and carry you when needed. I will also drop you if you try to suck the life out of me. God says DO NOT FEAR 365 times in the bible. I love that. FEAR IS A LIAR!!!! No drop mic.... I live OUTLOUD!
