Bio

I have been a freelance writer for 20 years and involved in meditation for over 30 years (consistently for the last five years). I consider myself a beginner in meditating, writing and life, as there is always more to learn. I respect and value the wisdom contained in all the world's religions. For me life is about two things: learning and love.
