Bio
This blog would be mainly on fitness and food, both of my favorite things in life. I've just started on this track towards lifting and learning about my diet and nutrition. I am learning on every step of this journey and would love to share with all of you. I've been motivated to start on this blog because I have friends and strangers coming up to me telling me about how they enjoy reading such articles and have always wanted to learn more about their diets and work outs as well. Thank you everyone for that bit of support, so here I am, trying to keep my updates as consistent as possible and making sure that my posts are not getting too boring.
You may track my progress here, as well as my work out logs. Being food-lover, I've never believed in restricting one's diet to achieve an ideal physique. Moderation is always the key.
Allow me to bring you along on my adventure with food and show you how you can always have the best of both worlds. What you need is just a little of everything: discipline, moderation, motivation, patience and faith. Always trust the process, and stay disciplined.
