Bio
My name is Claudia DeBruyn. I am a FL licensed Realtor living in SWFL. I sell homes from Sarasota to Naples- I am based in Charlotte County.
I have financed 1-4 families, condos and small commercial properties for 15 yrs. Currently I am underwriting loan pools for investors to keep myself in the loop. I can refer a licensed lender to help you finance your property.
I strongly believe in licensed home inspections. I believe although list brokers are told by the seller that every thing is A-OK, it isn't always true. I never saw the inside of the attic in my MA home. I never go into the FL home attic. So how do I know if there are leaks in the roof? That's what inspectors are for.
I treat my clients as though they are family. I guide you to the best of my ability so you get what you need.
