Bio
A University of Utah Social Work Graduate, I am a Master’s Level Licensed Clinician providing services to young, middle, and older-aged men who are in need of outpatient individualized & specialized therapeutic services for substance use and/or mental health risks, needs, and problems.
I specialize in helping men face and address their guilt, shame, anxiety, anger, and fear that is often wrapped around isolation, self-medication, court-involvement, disrupted relationships, poor employability, and mental health deterioration.
It is my life passion to join men in becoming “relationship experts” so that they can be better partners, boyfriends, husbands, sons, brothers, and role models. Ultimately, I want to help men prevent for themselves further mental health deterioration or substance use that might hinder an improved quality of life.
