Bio
I am the Nutrition Consultant for the Healthy Communities Initiative for Bon Secours Health System. I am currently pursuing a degree as a Registered Dietitian and a Masters in Food Systems at New York University.
As part of the initiative, I am creating a best practices guide for doing cooking demonstrations at Youthmarkets (youth led farmer's markets) in Marble Hill, Kingsbridge Heights and other parts of the Bronx. The recipes for this guide will be posted here.
We are also creating a nutrition and garden based education program for the Kingsbridge Heights Community Center. We will be formulating an activity book for teachers to lead nutrition games and gardening activities.
