Bio
I love to make jewellery. It all began with a small bag of wooden beads picked up in a local craft shop in the1980s. One afternoon's 'beading' and I was hooked! Gradually I began making my own designs incorporating mixed media elements into my jewellery and by a lot of experimentation (and some failures along the way!) I started to develop my own style which involves lots of bright colours and an eclectic mix of pressed flowers, china shards, buttons - well anything really. I make all the items and they are all 'one offs' . I am happy to take commissions - the idea of working with someone to achieve the right result is really exciting. The purpose of this blog is to share my love of jewellery with others and I welcome feedback so please feel free to leave a comment in the comments box.
