This blog is co-written by seniors at Salem College, a liberal arts college for women in Winston-Salem, NC, & their professor, Carol Reese Dykers, chair, Department of Communication, PHD in COMM research methods from UNC-Chapel Hill.
--IN JANUARY 2013, we discussed health-care access, equity and reform.
--IN FALL2013 and JanTerm2014, we worked on the visual.
--IN academic year 2014-2015, we emphasized visual storytelling.
-- During 2015-2016, we'll do storytelling, documentary and research methods, discussing the role of critical-thinking in all three classes.
