Bio
Hi, my name is Crystal Bearr and I want to welcome you to my site! A little background about me: though I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, I’ve lived full time in Southwest Florida since I was 3. I’m EXTREMELY close to my mama as my brother and I didn’t have fathers so we were all that we had. In 2000 i lost my only sibling, Jeremy, to alcoholism which my mama and I will never fully recover from.
On my 21st birthday I met my husband, he was the big badass bouncer who checked my ID 😍. I’ve been with my husband, Lynn, since January 2022, and together we have 4 children. Listing our babies from oldest to youngest: Andrea Gayle, Chaise Lyndon, Lynnen Gaige, and our baby Lyllian Beatrice. My husband is the best man in the world. He works full time, has NEVER ONCE cussed me or raised a hand to me, and he’s just as good a parent as I am - if I’m being honest, he’s a better parent than I am. I thank God every single day for sending this beautiful man to me.
I've rescued more animals in need than I care to admit; they are my weakness 🤷 I’m most obsessed with saving parrots, I currently have 5 in my flock: a large Alexandrine named Chloe, a neglected baby Quaker parrot named Ninja-Bird who I had to hand feed for weeks as I nursed him back to health. 😍He is my baby, and he says EVERYTHING. I rescued another Quaker Parrot named Opie who is special needs; he was found in a puddle, drowning, with a broken wing so he will never fly again. He also suffers seizures. I rescued a pocket Parrot, Pixel, and a Lutino (which means yellow) Cockatiel on the verge of death and nursed him back to health. If you ever come across a parrot who needs help, I WILL NOT PAY FOR BIRDS ANYMORE but I will take them in and care for them forever. Again, they are my passion!
I’ve also rescued many cats, dogs, a chinchilla, a sickly Bearded Dragon with a crooked tail from a poor diet, and many more throughout the years. Again, I feel This is one of the reasons I’ve been placed in this world is to help animals in need.
I have always been intrigued by killers as I have an incessant need to know what enables a person to kill, maybe because it's something that most of us could never do unless our own lives were threatened. I majored in criminology and minored in criminal law, but never got to finish college as I had my oldest baby, Andrea Gayle, instead.
After my daddy (grandfather aTed Sauer) who raised myself and my bro Jeremy) got sick and passed away 10 years ago I was absolutely DEVASTATED. I needed something to occupy my mind, so I opened a couple of true crime "Morbid N' Macabre" Facebook groups; before I knew it, I was researching and writing in depth articles. At that point I opened a public Facebook page called Morbid N' Macabre Trademark, multiple closed Morbid N’ Macabre Facebook groups, a Tumblr account Morbid-N-Macabre I’m on Pinterest, and Instagram under Morbid _N_Macabre _Crystal 🖤
