Bio
My name is Cynthia and I live at the beach in Maryland. I was raised military and law enforcement but have lived at the beaches of both Md. and Delaware since the mid 1970's. I sell residential and commercial Real Estate through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in both states. My direct line 410-251-1299. I teach pre-licensing classes as well.
I am also a Master Gardner for over 35+ years. My experience has taught me that good soil creates great food so manipulating sandy soil in my zone (which is 7B) is the most important step to creating great results. There are many phases to starting, planning and grooming a garden to be successful. I can teach anyone how to provide food for their family starting with seeds, although plants are quicker. In gardening by the Bay which runs into the Ocean, I am completely organic and have really healthy, great-tasting vegetables and fruits.
I own a cottage on the island of Ocracoke in the Outer Banks of NC. It is just a ferry ride from Hatteras. My cottage is available for rent from April to October. It's called the Court Jester. 252-928-6261
I relish living near the water and love to fish, eat clams, oysters and mussels that we get ourselves and teach my grandkids how to to the same.
I walk, bike for charity, kayak, paddle board, hike and take Sunrise pictures as I am an early riser. You can find me on all of the social media sites.
