Bio
I am embarking on an adventure to lose weight, (a LOT of weight) on pretty much a zero budget and zero ambition to exercise, to go along with a host of health problems which have put me on disability. I will be starting Weight Watchers in a few days and I wanted to chart my progress by starting this blog, thanks to much encouragement from loving friends and family. I hope by sharing my journey with everyone on this blog I can encourage others that need a kick in the a$$ to get started on a healthy lifestyle!
