Bio
Through the years I have experienced more than my fair share of hardships, but have always tried to use that experience as a way to help others be it through community and social work, through counselling, advice, advocacy, supporting users & carers, chiefly within the mental and chronic health sector. Speaking up for my own as well as other peoples rights.
