Bio
I’m Cynthia Pooler, the founder of Business in Education: Succeeding Together (BEST).
As an advocate, educator, and parent, I’m passionate about empowering families and young people—especially those with disabilities—to find their voice, build confidence, and succeed in both school and life.
With years of experience in special education, tutoring, and social work, I created BEST to bridge the gap between families, schools, and communities. My work focuses on combining academic support, emotional resilience, and advocacy training so every child and parent learns how to navigate systems and thrive together.
Through programs like the BEST Empowerment Academy, I help families transform challenges into opportunities, turning students into learners who believe in themselves—and parents into advocates who lead with strength, compassion, and confidence.
