Bio
Mental Health is just as important as physical health. I’ve been struggling with depression my whole life. I’ve had thoughts of suicide since elementary school, due to my depression and physical and mental abuse.
My only goal, my reason for being here is to let people know that they are not alone. That I will share my experience with them. I will do my best to help those who struggle.
Although I am not a medical professional, I believe that I can provide some unique insight and perspective to a growing problem in today’s society.
