Bio
I am an accomplished runner. I'm not the fastest runner, my average pace is 830-9 minutes a mile and I've never won any races. I'm not a skilled runner, I don't have the smoothest stride or the best form. So, why do I consider myself an accomplished runner? Because I've set goals for myself and I have consistently accomplished them. My first running goal was to complete the Back Cove loop (3.5 miles) without stopping. It took a long time and a lot of failed attempts but I did it. That was three years ago. I've since completed numerous road and trail races of ranging from 5k's to 50k's. My current goal is to complete a 100 mile race...and although I won't be the fastest, or the prettiest on the course,,,I will accomplish it. That's who I am now and I owe it to the miles that I've put in. Who are you? Send me a post and let me know!
