Bio
Hi, I am a 57 year old Mental Health Warrior. I've spent most of my life battling chronic anxiety, depression and ocd. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD which explains why I really have always felt like a square peg in a round hole and wondered how other people seemed to live so effortlessly while I struggled to find my niche.
My blog has 2 aims. The first is to normalise mental health by encouraging people to speak about it openly and comfortably. My second aim is to bring together the large amount of mental wellness resources that are available yet not easily accessible.
