Bio
Hello, my name is Debjit Mukherjee. In one sentence, I’m a quirky, reserved, and sentimental person who deals with anxiety issues. I’m an introvert and not the best conversationalist, but feel free to reach out anytime if you’d like to talk about something.
I don’t open up easily, but when I do, it’s hard for me to keep my emotions in check. I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember and have spent years in therapy working through these challenges. I also have nerve issues caused by years of abuse during my childhood. Recovering from social anxiety has been a long and difficult journey, but I’m glad to say I can now step outside and face the world more confidently.
After a motorcycle accident, I developed chronic pain in my waist and right leg, which has become a part of my daily life. I enjoy memes and have a weird and often dark sense of humour. These days, I rarely watch TV shows or films, and I’m not into Indian films or TV at all.
Gaming used to be one of my biggest passions, but over time, I’ve lost interest in it. Instead, I now focus on writing and have published a book titled "The Spirit of India in 50 Tales". I also occasionally submit my work to other books or magazines. I mostly stay at home, as I prefer not to socialise much, which might make me seem awkward in person.
At heart, I’m a kind and honest person who respects everyone, as long as they’re non-judgemental and don’t intentionally offend others. Thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope this gives you a better sense of who I am. Keep smiling!
