Bio
Some of you know me as, "Y." Making the human journey with a Frankenstein heart, learning along the way, being a fangirl, a mom, a wife, a daughter, a learner, a teacher. Throw in some ADD (look! A butterfly!), some deep thoughts, beautiful & diverse friendships, learning to live with a different heart beat (did I mention the Frankenstein heart?), and grab a cup of coffee and we'll talk. I love the outdoors, cooking, spending time in the garden, music, and learning new things. And yup, that barely scratches the surface.
Now if you're talking some sci-fic fictional existence here, then forget what I just wrote. After having lived a somewhat different life on Barsoom, I decided to be exiled here, centuries ago actually, to learn about this thing called, "being Human." I met a time lord from some place called Gallifrey on the RMS Queen Mary back in 1938 and life hasn't been the same since. In short, I'm an anthropologist, and even when I feel rather disheartened by the Human race, something surprises me, and I realize there's certainly, and undoubtedly, hope.
