Bio
In 2012, I left life as I knew it in search of something to give it more meaning. I say 'something' as I had no idea what it was I was looking for. My search continues but as they say it's not the destination but the journey that matters. I started my blog as a way of keeping family and friends up to date on my journey, as well as ensuring my memories of the adventures would remain fresh. For a traveller blogging becomes a way of life - it can be a burden at times when you are fully immersed in the newness of a place and don't have the time to report all that you have experienced, but it can also be a close friend and companion guiding you through the challenges of lone travel. I hope you enjoy my memoirs :)
