Bio
My name is Brett Partington and I am a dementia advocate, volunteer lifestyle carer, and also look after my dad (Bob) who has late stage Alzheimers Disease at age 71. I am committed to teaching families, carers and nurses about caring for people with dementia via my blog. I have a 'warts and all' writing style and keep things simple. I have posted Bob's journey as it is extreme and shows how bad dementia can get but we have handled it with love and positivity. I also have a fabulous online support group in facebook called 'dementia downunder'.
