Bio
I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach. I have been inspired by friends and family who were diagnosed with Cancer and other ailments by supporting them Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually. In the summer of 2017 I myself entered my own Cancer journey when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. With this journey, has encouraged me to create my own online support for individuals dealing with a Cancer diagnoses. I am offering One on One coaching, Group Workshops, Webinars/Seminars, Support videos and Nutritional Support. I will provide health and lifestyle tips, product information and recipes. My intention is to create a safe space for my clients while they're on this journey. You can take a diagnosis like Cancer as a death sentence or a gift. Cancer was a gift for me. It shows up to teach us to make positive changes and to take charge of our lives and encourage us to live and not just survive.
