Bio
Over thirty years practicing sustainability, resilience and healthy buildings with completed projects ranging from the design for the blind and physically handicapped to the new WELL & LEED standards for productive work environments. Dennis is an international speaker on the topic of biophilic design with addresses in Shanghai, Barcelona, Dubai and Saudi Arabia and an adjunct professor of sustainability at Villanova University. With projects in over eleven states and several countries, the firm is recognized for being a leader and developer of new approaches to optimize resources and to align designs with organizational mission. As a result, Dennis is asked to teach Executive Leadership and Organizational Design around the world. Clients include the New York Public Library, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, plus many religious, university and health care projects.
In addition, the firm is a noted historic preservation firm which aligns with the sustainable mission of "reuse". They have experience in brick, stained glass, limestone, granite, wood, slate, marble, terrazzo, copper and the restoration of buildings from the last three centuries.
The firm masterplans major and complex projects to promote the most feasible and optimal solutions to move forward. Working with a range of experienced consultants, no project is too difficult to analyze or build.
