I am a 30-yr-old mom of two, married to my highschool sweetheart for 10 years.
I was diagnosed with PPD and PPA after having both of my babies and later diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Supposedly, the PPD can trigger bipolar disorder...?
I am journaling to help myself get things off my chest, without worrying about judgment, and am journaling in hopes of helping another mom who thinks she's the "only one".
