Nichelle Womack is a small business consultant who specializes in social media consulting and management, marketing on and offline, staff development and training, people building, affiliate marketing and HR recruitment. Her strengths are her abilities to engage, reinvent, motivate and reactivate you or your group into changing how you think and work in your environment. Nichelle has progressed as an inspirational/motivational speaker who captivates her audience with excitement and thought provoking dialogue. With over twenty years of solid, results producing experience in sales, management, business development and marketing, Nichelle has served in numerous capacities of leadership and growth.
Nichelle received her BA in business administration with a concentration in management from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA degree in business administration from Fontbonne University. Nichelle is currently pursing certification in coaching as well as a Ph.D in psychology. She is a proud member of Toastmasters International and The National Sales Network.
Nichelle has represented some of the top pharmaceutical companies in sales and team development, led organizations in medical equipment sales, anchored business development in home health and hospice, served as executive director for a home health agency and liaison for community support and education, sphere- headed telemarketing and insurance sales endeavors and consulted with credit collection agencies. Her experience extends as an senior account executive and wholesale business marketing manager in the mortgage industry and a real estate broker for her own agency. Nichelle has taught collegiate level classes in business communication online and in the classroom. Her boardroom presence and engagement have proved to be impeccable.
