Bio
I'm a health and fitness nerd! Also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My health journey began like most others...a wedding to prep for (not mine tho!) ;) but after the wedding was over I was already addicted and knew I had to make the career change to help others achieve goals and stay committed to a healthy lifestyle. So, here I am...living day to day...enjoying all that is life and health!
