His experiences as a Developer and CEO spanning the last four decades has involved start-ups; software; public and private investments; client, vendor, employee, and stakeholder relationships; value propositions; management and corporate governance; restaurants; acquisitions and dispositions in boom and bust cycles; and now the mysteries and vagaries of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Hands-on specializations in real estate focused on: acquisitions & dispositions; leasing; development and construction; portfolio and single asset property management; syndication, venture funding.
After founding CREinFocus (CREi) and its predecessor RelevantAssets that focus expanded to innovations including cloud applications and SaaS: enterprise performance management; integrating OEM technologies; risk assessment and management; cost controls and spend management; enterprise-wide decision support; specialized business intelligence; predictive analytics; space optimization; a host of related nuances.
David is currently focused on the sale of intellectual property and other assets of RelevantAssets and CREi; establishing Workplace Hidden Opportunities (WHO) which you are invited to explore; and continuing to acclimate in my third year as a permanent resident of Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico.
