Bio
I have worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, from shopping mall management and marketing to commercial and residential management, marketing, and leasing. Because of this wide variety of experience in the real estate field, I am able to provide a wealth of knowledge to both potential buyers and sellers, from their first venture into home ownership to seasoned homeowners looking to downsize, and all other buyers and sellers in between.
For first time home buyers, the experience can be both exciting and somewhat confusing. Having worked with many first time buyers, I know their areas of concern, and work closely with them from planning their first home tour to the final closing on their new home.
I also have a unique understanding of the needs of the senior community and their families, and can provide information and insight in all areas of concern in the process of downsizing and moving to a new home, as well as professional guidance in selecting the right type of home with the right financing. For families who find themselves having to assist their parents or other family members in selling their home in order to move to a care facility, I can offer a unique perspective on their situation, having faced it on a personal basis.
